Here at Kissy Boutique UK, we guarantee the high quality of all our products. we inspect every item ourselves before sending out, so you should not receive any faulty items. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to return/exchange at your cost of shipment*.

To ensure you are not disappointed, we strongly advise you only hand wash our products with cold water, use a gentle detergent and do not dry in the sun or on a hot radiator.

*Items must be returned in their original saleable condition – if not, we may be unable to accept them and they will be returned to you.

Returns Process

We aim to make returning any products as easy as possible - just follow these simple steps and let us know if you have any problems at:

Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags and the panty is in the original conditions. Due to hygiene issues, we do NOT accept any return requests when the panty has been opened.

If you intend to make a return, products must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery including the return form attached.
